Payment is sent within 48 hours of your device being inspected, by Interac e-Transfer, PayPal or cheque.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. We provide a prepaid, insured shipping label. A protective box can also be sent to you free of charge.
What if the actual condition is different?
We send you a revised offer with supporting photos. You can accept it or ask for your device to be returned free of charge.
Is my data erased?
Every device is wiped using a certified procedure. A data erasure certificate is available on request.
How long is the offer valid?
Your price is locked in for 14 days from the moment the offer is created.
Are refurbished devices covered by a warranty?
Yes — a 12-month warranty and 30 days to change your mind.
